Green through and through
At Stonecutter, we’re serious about sustainability. The Paris Accord outlined a target of 600kg carbon emissions per person per year for real estate activities (carbon emitted during the construction and lifecycle of the real estate). But we’re forecasting Stonecutter will emit just 263kg CO2 per person through their occupation.

Our pocket park offers fresh air and respite in the heart of The City, for occupiers and local residents alike.
Our smart building collates data around energy usage, allowing occupiers to monitor and react to their own emissions. Collectively, we can make a difference.
Touch-free entry minimises the spread of germs, while cutting down on the use of plastic and other materials.
Infrared sensors activate lights when movement is detected, minimising wasted energy, meaning Stonecutter is a partially self-regulating building.
Air source pumps at roof level provide heating and cooling throughout, maintaining temperature in a consistent and sustainable manner.
Panels on the roof of Stonecutter sustain the building’s energy supply, contributing to our overall goal to ensure we are powered by renewable sources.
