Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating 2018, an EPC B, Gold Well and WiredScore Platinum, Stonecutter is constructed of meticulously sourced materials leading to an embodied carbon figure of 650kg/m2.

Our use of materials from FSC Certified timber to hardwood veneers to limestone column cladding ensures a sustainable yet striking aesthetic throughout, complemented by glass frontage delivering open, light-filled space.
